HAND HOLDING – sleep coaching package ideal for ages 4-18months
This package is ideal for those starting their sleep training journey. It provides the opportunity to meet in person or virtually with your sleep consultant, Tracy Braunstein. This can happen in the privacy of your home , your office , over the phone or virtually. At our meeting we will discuss your individual situation and will work together to come up with the plan that you feel comfortable and confident implementing, no matter what your parenting style. This package includes a one hour consultation followed by 4 days of unlimited text support from 8am-10pm. Let me guide and support you through our sleep training plan. I will lead you and be with you every step of the way in real-time based on what YOUR baby/toddler is doing so that we can set you and baby up for success. You will feel confident, comfortable and supported throughout the process. You can look forward to a follow up recap upon completion of our time together, which will summarize and recap our plan . Let me help you gain new insight and keep you on the right track by providing the parenting and sleep training tools you need!

This package of support is ideal for existing clients who have some follow up questions and need help in dealing with any developmental milestones, nap transitions or any other issues like traveling, moving that tend to affect sleep.
This package is also ideal if you have already done sleep training with your child and simply need some help tweaking things as you hit some bumps in the road.
It gives you 30 individual emails or texts to be used as needed, with no expiration date.

SLEEP LESSONS
Do you need a great idea for a baby shower gift? How about a Sleep Lesson! This is a 30 minute course by phone, which will inform expectant or new parents about how to create a healthy foundation for sleep in their baby from the very beginning. Have a hand in helping them learn how to help their baby sleep.The most powerful tool any parent can have is getting the right information from the start.
